What payment methods do you accept?We accept BDO bank transfer of GCash.

Do you ship locally?Yes! All orders above ₱5000 (excluding discounts and shipping fees) get free shipping in the Philippines. For orders under ₱5000, shipping is ₱100 for Metro Manila and starts at ₱140 for Provincial orders. All orders are sent via LBC, Lalamove, or Gogo Express.

How do I place an order?Simply browse our website, select your desired items, and add them to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

How can I track my order?Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

Do you ship internationally?Yes! We offer express international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. For orders placed in the Philippines, we offer free express shipping for orders ₱5000 and above.

What is your return policy?We accept returns of unwashed merchandise within seven days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. ​ We take extensive care to ensure our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent. Contact us via inmyopinion.mnl@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a return and/or exchange and cover costs for both shipping and return (For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge). The customer shall bear the cost of return shipping. ​ If you change your mind during these seven days, we offer the following options: Exchange it for the same product in a different size. Exchange it for another product of the same amount. Exchange it for another product of a more significant amount and pay the difference via BDO or GCash. Exchange it for a cheaper product, and we will refund the difference to your account. Full refund of the items. (remember that the refund will never include the shipping costs.) ​ ​If you have trouble finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original bag that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested. ​ Once a return is approved, the purchase value will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment. ​ *until we receive an item in our studio, it remains the customer’s responsibility.

How do I process a return?Send an email to inmyopinino.mnl@gmail.com or dm @imo.mnl on Instagram to initiate a return. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and let us know the reason for a return. ​ The items should be packaged: In their original condition, together with any accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned, or damaged. With all original labels and packaging. Contact @imo.mnl on Instagram for address details to send the parcel. ​ If you have requested a refund, it will be processed as soon as we receive the order back in our studio.

Do you cover return shipping?Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received.
